The event offers players <strong>unlimited re-entry until Day 2<\/strong>, and it seems that many members of the poker community aren\u2019t on board. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-twitter wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\"><p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Not that anyone will care; but the results of this poll regarding $10k <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/WPT?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@wpt<\/a> 5 Diamond are fairly revealing. <br><br>Someone should forward this to <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/BellagioPoker?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@BellagioPoker<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/SavagePoker?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@SavagePoker<\/a> since they both chose to block me; rather than discuss this. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/mAxVj42FsG\">pic.twitter.com\/mAxVj42FsG<\/a><\/p>&mdash; Allen Kessler (@AllenKessler) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/AllenKessler\/status\/1203108981339807744?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">December 7, 2019<\/a><\/blockquote><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>While most players didn\u2019t have an opinion either way,<strong> 29% of respondents weren\u2019t pleased with the policy<\/strong>. Only 9% agreed that unlimited re-buys in the event were a good thing. It seems to be a pretty good representation of how players across the poker world feel about re-entry tournaments overall. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"players-views-on-rebuys\">Players&#8217; Views on Rebuys<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>While rebuys do offer players a second chance to land a big\nwin, it can skew the field. Players who don\u2019t have bigger budgets don\u2019t have\nthe same opportunity to make it to the final table while high rollers \u2013 who may\nnot be as skilled \u2013 can fire as many bullets as they need in order to make the\nmoney. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the other hand, there are some players who believe that re-buys\nshould be allow in some cases. There are some situations where players have\ntravelled a long way to enter into a poker tournaments and, if they bust, they\nshould be able to have at least one more chance. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Negreanu has a solution, though. He states that it should be\nup to organizers to provide players with more opportunities to play in multiple\nevents on a single day. Failing that, Negreanu suggested that players should\nsimply play cash. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is an interesting debate, and it is sure to have an\neffect on poker tournaments in the coming year.
