This can be seen through the lenses of the participants of the Orleans 2019 Summer Poker Series<\/a> \u2013 it comprises of a number of daily non-hold’em events designed specifically to satisfy the vast needs of the players looking to peek as more than two cards simultaneously.<\/p>\n

The Highlights<\/h2>\n

Set to kick off on May 28 and run through to July 7, the poker series has a great schedule that is complemented by tons of promotions as well as a leaderboard that will allow the summer grinders points that can be redeemed for cash prizes. For most of the duration of the tournament’s run, The Orleans will feature a pair of one-day tournaments that will start at 11 a.m. or at 6 p.m. The event that comes earlier in the day is expected to sport larger guarantee and, in most cases, it will be a no-limit tournament. The 6 p.m. slot, on the other hand, will involve a rotating mixed-games or a non-hold’em event.<\/p>\n

The biggest guarantees during the poker series will be set aside for the championship events \u2013 the No-Limit Championship, for instance, will carry a whopping $200,000 guarantee which will be the heftiest one.<\/strong> The non-hold’em championships will sports $50,000 guarantees but all the championships, big or small, will feature $400 buy-ins which makes them great options even for low-limit summer grinders.<\/p>\n

In addition to all that, The Orleans will also be catering to ladies and seniors through special tournaments<\/a> that will be promoted in collaboration with the Ladies International Poker Series and the Senior Poker Tour, respectively.<\/p>\n

The Orleans has run a promotion every month for the past several years and this has acted as a loyalty program<\/a> of sorts for the players who grind at the casino’s monthly tournament schedule. In these promotions, the poker players accrue points based on the amount of money they cash for with the top points earners winning extra dough when everything is eventually tallied up.
