Mr. Lee stormed the action at the Harvey\u2019s Lake Tahoe leg of the race only to walk away with a new trophy.<\/em><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"bernard-lee-wins-second-wsop-circuit-gold-ring\">Bernard Lee Wins Second WSOP Circuit Gold Ring<\/h2>\n<p>Established professional poker commentator and player <strong>Bernard Lee<\/strong> had two weeks of intense preparation for the upcoming game action. Having spent time talking to players who had won the distinctions themselves, as part of his <strong>Bernard Lee Poker Show<\/strong>, Mr. Lee made a strong appearance in Lake Tahoe where he tried to get his own chunk of gold.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Lee\u2019s career goes back years. As early as 2005, he made a strong showing during the World Series of Poker (WSOP) Main Event, finishing 13th and earning $400,000. With his live<a href=\"http:\/\/pokerdb.thehendonmob.com\/player.php?a=r&amp;n=46601\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> earnings now soaring past $2.35 million<\/a> he definitely has a lot to be happy about.<\/p>\n<p>Joining <strong>Event #3: $400 NLH Single Day<\/strong> was successful for Mr. Lee who finally obtained the desired gold ring and made a quick buck, adding $11,500 to his name. <\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Bernard Lee (<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/BernardLeePoker?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@BernardLeePoker<\/a>) bested a field of 124 players in Event #3 at <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/harveystahoe?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@harveystahoe<\/a> to win his second WSOPC ring. <\/p>\n<p>It was a slow and steady grind for Lee who locked up $11,456 and dedicated the victory to his son. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/YGVDwqKUjk\">https:\/\/t.co\/YGVDwqKUjk<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/FwOzVMyJHS\">pic.twitter.com\/FwOzVMyJHS<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&mdash; WSOP (@WSOP) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/WSOP\/status\/1056505309324136448?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">October 28, 2018<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>His success was the result of prolonged battle with fellow players and tough opponents. After his efforts to tackle participants in the first two events did not come to a meaningful end, Mr. Lee then decided to try his luck yet another time. His determination seemed to pay off, as <strong>he managed to outpace 124 rivals<\/strong> and win the coveted distinction.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"final-placement-in-event-3\">Final Placement in Event #3<\/h2>\n<p>The final table gathered 9 US players of particular merit. They have been known faces around <a href=\"https:\/\/www.onlinepokeramerica.com\/news\/wsop-announces-2017-2018-recording-breaking-26-stop-circuit-schedule\/\">WSOP Circuits<\/a>. <strong>Mr. Lee topped the charts with his $11,500-odd<\/strong> in new earnings. He was followed by <strong>Paul Miller<\/strong> who came in second with $7,082 in winnings.<\/p>\n<p>Further down the list we had <strong>Michael Tomaselli<\/strong> who won $5,112 out of the race, and he was trailed by <strong>Kevin Davis<\/strong> from Louisville, who landed $3,760. <strong>Mark Threadgill<\/strong> ended fifth with $2,808, and he was followed by Oregon player <strong>Jacob Dahl<\/strong> with $2,135.<\/p>\n<p>The rear was brought by <strong>Paul Zedo<\/strong> in seventh place with $1,650 to his name, <strong>Joseph Mussat<\/strong> winning $1,296, and Joe Grew adding $1,035. <\/p>\n<p>With a crop of 268 players, Event #1 also appeared to be a desired part of the overall race. The <strong>$250 buy-in NLH Re-Entry<\/strong> was indeed more popular than the Event where Mr. Lee performed at his best.<\/p>\n<p>With a successful weekend wrapped up, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wsop.com\/news\/2018\/Oct\/10784\/HARVEYS-LAKE-TAHOE-CIRCUIT-HUB---OCT-2018.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">the WSOPC Harvey\u2019s Lake Tahoe<\/a> will return next weekend and it will come with a number of interesting and high-paying events. The buy-ins will range between $400 and $1,700 for the Main Event, which will come with a heftier prize pool.<\/p>\n<p>The Wold Series of Poker Circuits (WSOPC) are dedicated events that try and focus on exciting local competitions throughout the United States. This way <strong>grassroots poker can develop<\/strong> while allowing a chance for local poker players to participate for larger sums of money and pursue a career in poker.<\/p>\n<p>Naturally, the events are opened to anyone who wishes to sign up and take a chance at the gold rings.
