And this is hardly all 888 has to announce.<\/em><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"innovating-is-a-key-with-888\">Innovating Is a Key with 888<\/h2>\n<p>888 has not had the easiest of times with partypoker assailing its players base and siphoning off quite the number of users from the platform. As a result, 888 had a moment in which the company had to undergo the initial shock of the result and complain. However, that time is behind the company and 888 is now back with a <strong>Progressive Knockout Tournament (PKO)<\/strong> that will hopefully strike right back at partypoker and allow 888 to reclaim its lost users.<\/p>\n<p>Even though 888 has been on the receiving end of serious competition from both partypoker and PokerStars, the operator has managed to keep its end of the bargain and stay very much in the limelight of the realm of poker, offering an excellent place to enjoy the game for those players who prefer to grind online.<\/p>\n<p> And 888 have definitely been planning to make quite the comeback \u2013 not as a direct challenger to other platforms, but rather as a hard-to-resist treat of their own.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"888-pkos-the-future-of-the-game\">888 PKO\u2019s \u2013 The Future of the Game<\/h2>\n<p>The freshly coined PKO will appear for the first time at the newly-minted festival by the name of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.onlinepokeramerica.com\/news\/888poker-1-million-god-of-the-arena-arrives\/\">The God of the Arena<\/a>. 888\u2019s recent loss of player base can be chalked up to the fact that the platform has been slow to adopt the PKO format, which for many gamers, has been one of the best modes of play.<\/p>\n<p>The event ran from <strong>Thursday, October 11 through Sunday, October 14<\/strong>, and it offered varying events, including the already mentioned <strong>$55 buy-in Main<\/strong> and the <strong>$320 buy-in $100,000 GTD 8-Max<\/strong>. And 888 has not stopped here.<\/p>\n<p>They have recently concluded a fresh partnership with Poker Central. The two companies will work on <strong>888\u2019s Poker After Dark Week<\/strong>, which has an imminent launch on November 4 and promises to bring more competitive opportunities for the majority of players out there. <\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, 888 have been experimenting with the format. The <strong>Pik\u2019em Poker<\/strong> game is expected to hit the shelves by the end of the month. However, it\u2019s still notable that 888 have not been putting any effort into advertising it as their rivals from PokerStars usually do, even if their games often turn out to be a flop.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking of flops, 888Poker\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/calvinayre.com\/2017\/08\/07\/poker\/888poker-players-experience-flopomania-dream\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">last introduced game was called Flopomania<\/a> and it made an appearance in August, 2017. Unlike, PokerStars\u2019 many <em>flopped<\/em> products, though, 888\u2019s 2017 game is very much alive and kicking.<\/p>\n<p>To top it all off, 888 has also been busy introducing other meaningful partnerships and introducing new ambassadors and commemorating older ones. Chris Moorman and Dominik Nitsche are both proud to represent 888.
