The <strong>Unibet Open<\/strong> is no exception to this rule and the capital of Romania, Bucharest, is slated to host the event for the third time in an already impressive, over-a-decade-long-history. <\/p>\n<h2 id=\"unibet-the-event-that-matters\">Unibet, the Event that Matters<\/h2>\n<p>The event will be taking place soon, starting on July 30 and continuing all through August 5 at the JW Marriott Bucharest Grand Hotel. A most becoming local for a most exciting poker meeting of pros. There have been <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unibetopen.com\/ambassadors\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">quite a few players and ambassadors willing to attend the event in person,<\/a> and between the names we have sifted through, those of <strong>Ian Simpson<\/strong>, <strong>Dara O\u2019Kearney<\/strong>, <strong>David Lappin<\/strong>, <strong>Espen Jorstad<\/strong>, and a few others. <\/p>\n<p>The talents of <strong>Daiva Byrne<\/strong>, <strong>Rauno Tahvonen<\/strong> and <strong>Dan Murariu<\/strong> are also to be expected to make an appearance. They will all be there to show their public endorsement for an event, that\u2019s truly worth your while. <\/p>\n<h2 id=\"quite-the-prize-pool-too\">Quite the Prize Pool, Too!<\/h2>\n<p>When it comes to prize money, Unibet doesn\u2019t stint in the slightest. The festival will feature a slew of tournaments that will generate quite a bit of excitement over the next several days. With this in mind, you may want to follow the <strong>EUR1,100 Unibet Open Main Event<\/strong>, which promises to be the centrepiece of the entire competition. <\/p>\n<p>Then, we will witness some gut-wrenching action with the <strong>EUR2,200 Unibet Open High Roller event<\/strong> that will see some of the boldest gamers test the proverbial fortunes and see if the gods favor them. Lastly, what we consider to be worth your while, the <strong>Unibet Esports Battle Royale X<\/strong> will be taking place in plain sight, making it particularly tempting to be present at the event.<\/p>\n<p>The Main Event will be kicking off on August 2, and it will definitely be what the majority of players have come to see. Meanwhile, the High Roller pow-wow will take place from August 1 and August 2, and a fair bit of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.onlinepokeramerica.com\/news\/konnikova-becomes-official-pokerstars-ambassador\/\">ambassadors<\/a> will be battling it out there.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"pricey-but-worth-it\">Pricey But Worth It<\/h2>\n<p>The Unibet festival is definitely not the cheapest to play in, as even the basic sets are a few hundred euro. Even then,  it\u2019s worth participating in the Unibet festival as it will reveal sufficient opportunity to face off with <strong>a new crop of opponents<\/strong> who have not necessarily have made name for themselves in the West but have all the trappings to do so without much of hesitation.<\/p>\n<p>Even the high roller events seem to be rather affordable, comparing to other competitions around the world. With the prices being slightly <em>exclusive<\/em>, it&#8217;s easy to see why the excitement around the Unibet Festival has been so significant in its own right. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.wsop.com\/tournaments\/results\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">WSOP may be done and dusted<\/a>, but a new series of poker is about to kick off and the events that will crown 2018 seem to be quite the promising lot!
