This will coincide with the alpha release of the platform. Unfortunately, those who are residing in the US will be unable to participate from the token sale.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"developed-by-consensys\">Developed by ConsenSys<\/h2>\n<p>The idea behind this innovation was made by <a href=\"https:\/\/new.consensys.net\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ConsenSys<\/a>. The goal of this innovation is to alleviate the concerns that have threatened the integrity of the online gaming industry. This includes the security of the funds of its users and gameplay fairness.<\/p>\n<p>According to the founder of Consensys and the co-founder of Ethereum, Joseph Lubin,\u201d Virtue Poker represents a bold early step towards revolutionizing the online gaming industry\u201d. He also added that \u201cby enabling players to be in full control of their asset except in the moments that they are held in escrow by a smart contract, and by creating a framework within which shuffles are probably fair, Virtue Poker ups the ante regarding user-friendliness and security for the online poker and gaming industry\u201d.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"ethereum-blockchain\">Ethereum Blockchain<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/virtue.poker\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Virtue Poker<\/a> made use of the Ethereum blockchain in protecting the funds of its users thanks to the availability of smart contracts in the cryptocurrency. With this, it means that there is no need to have a third party. This feature and the community\u2019s token sale along with the testing phase design are among the things that can create transparency and accountability within the site.<\/p>\n<p>Also, another issue that has been addressed is the hackable server.
