The future of online poker in the US is still in the air amid recent developments around the case in the US Court of Appeals<\/a> as the New Hampshire Lottery Commission<\/strong> is continuing its efforts to set aside the 2018<\/strong> DOJ interpretation of the 1961 Wire Act<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Since the DOJ enforcement action remains\non hold<\/strong> until the court issues a\nruling, the forces behind it, obviously not satisfied with the chances of\nsuccess and the current status quo<\/strong>, are\nalready opening up another front.<\/p>\n\n\n\n On February 13<\/strong>, S.3322<\/strong> titled\n\u201cPrevention of Deceptive or\nChild-Targeted Advertising in Violation of the Unlawful Internet Gambling\nEnforcement Act<\/em>\u201d is introduced to the Committee\non Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs<\/strong> in Senate, sponsored by Sen.
