patience of the poker community and everyone else eager to know the truth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The final outcome of the story that broke in <strong>September<\/strong> <strong>2019<\/strong>, when <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/Angry_Polak\/status\/1178014854205935616\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">Veronica Brill first aired<\/a> her <strong>strong suspicions<\/strong> that something in the way a <a href=\"https:\/\/pokerdb.thehendonmob.com\/player.php?a=r&amp;n=47805\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">relatively unknown player in the poker world<\/a>, <strong>Mike Postle<\/strong>, was playing and winning almost every hand in small stakes livestreamed cash games in <strong>Stones Gambling Hall<\/strong> in <strong>Citrus Hill<\/strong>, <strong>CA<\/strong> and raised the issue of the <strong>integrity<\/strong> of the game among players, fans and casino establishments, is now being delayed as all defendants responses face postponements until <strong>mid-March<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But the story did not break out\neasily, even after Brill signalled some officials in the Stones that it was\npossibly inhuman to achieve such a <strong>VPIP<\/strong>\nand run into this <strong>god-like<\/strong> mode,\nuntil she decided to contact the person that might have an interest in a\nbrewing poker scandal, <strong>Joey Ingram<\/strong>,\nwho on his turn chose a <strong>5-hour stream<\/strong>\nof Postle\u2019s play and <strong>fired<\/strong> it up to\nhis fans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Soon after every single hand was\ncombed through by Ingram and co, Ingram asked for the opinion of two other\nhigh-profile players to help him confirm or reject his suspicions of cheating, <strong>Haralabos Voulgaris<\/strong> and <strong>Scott Seiver<\/strong>, and then the story became\nfull blown out into the public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Calculating <strong>hand by hand<\/strong>, the group of fans and players around <strong>Ingram<\/strong> found out <strong>Postle<\/strong> had won almost <strong>$250,000<\/strong>\nby playing just <strong>$1\/$3<\/strong> and <strong>$2\/$5<\/strong> cash games, a <strong>win rate<\/strong> that placed him so far <strong>off the scale<\/strong> as an <strong>outlier <\/strong>that it left no doubt something\n<strong>fishy<\/strong> had happened.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On February 26, on behalf of\nBrill and the other 24 plaintiffs that filed the <strong>$10 million<\/strong> lawsuit against <strong>Mike\nPostle<\/strong>, <strong>Justin Kuraitis<\/strong> and <strong>King\u2019s Casino<\/strong>, <strong>Mac VerStandig<\/strong> of the <strong>VerStandig\nLaw Firm<\/strong> filed two documents with the <strong>US\nDistrict Court of the Eastern District of California<\/strong>, to allow more time\nfor the defendants to respond to the complaint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As <strong>Postle<\/strong> did not even acknowledge he had been served his <strong>court papers<\/strong> until January 8, and weeks\nlater becoming clear he still had <strong>no\nrepresentation<\/strong> for the case, the plaintiffs are now asking the court to\nagree <strong>to extend<\/strong> further the initial\ndelayed <strong>February 26<\/strong> date to <strong>March 24<\/strong> so that he may respond to the\ncomplaint, stipulating that the defendant cannot file a response before <strong>March 4<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The law firm representing the\nplaintiffs asks for further delays for the other <strong>2 plaintiffs<\/strong>, <strong>Justin\nKuraitis<\/strong>, the <strong>former tournament\ndirector<\/strong> at Stones Gambling Hall, and <strong>King\u2019s\nCasino<\/strong>, the <strong>owner<\/strong> of the\ngambling hall in Citrus Hill, to March 13, with the currently asked delays\nbeing <strong>third<\/strong> and <strong>fourth<\/strong>, respectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hopefully, there will be no more delays and the <strong>poker community<\/strong> will have a reasonable <strong>explanation <\/strong>how it is possible to crush\nthe tables on a regular basis by winning almost every hand and consistently run\nin the top 95% of the statistical probability, but only during <strong>livestreamed cash
